UV DRYERS BUILDING FEAURES

• The oven is composed of a tunnel shaped metal supporting structure, adjustable in height. It support UV Lamps Unit, complete with reflectors, cooling system, vapour/heat extraction system, metal covering panel that shields UV light up to ground.
• A specific electric cabinet allows the operator to manage the oven.
• Oven is independent of the conveyor system. In fact it has been projected to be adapted to every type of conveyor or feeding rack and it can be moved or fixed to ground.
• An integrated extraction system allows to eliminate the vapours generated by the resins (styrene) and direct them outside or to a solvent demolition system.
• An additional system distributes the clean cooling air for the group of lamps. This air can also be taken from outside.
• The dryers are designed following the Machinery Directive 98/37/CE and ATEX Directive 94/9/CE.
• The electrical panel boards have a console available in different executions.
• Every group of lamp is easily removable without using any tool and this allows an easy inspection of the tunnel.
• If a group of lamps is lifted while it's working the safety devices works.
• If the production line isn't working the dryers are turned into low power consumption to limit the costs of energy.
• The resined surface is irradiated homogeneously on the whole area, both for slabs and tiles equipments.
