Using UV Curing ovens, energy waste and solvents emissions can be drastically reduced .
One-component mastics produce less emission of volatile substances (VOC). The very fast hardening generates a film barrier on resin top layer which blocks the solvent evaporation.

ENERGY SAVING

Using one-component mastics/plasters, electric energy is saved. Comsumption of an UV Curing oven is on the average from 20% to 40% less than conventional electrical/gas ovens . (less consumption = energy saving).
UV Curing oven let a reduction of energy consumption during the production cycle. In fact when conveyor line stops, UV oven switches automatically at reduced power (less than 60%). When line starts, it switches immediately at 100% power.
