TARGET OF THE SYSTEM.

Hardening and polymerizing of one-component UV resins, mastics, plaster applied on raw natural and composite stone before its on line polishing.

THE PLASTERING PROCESS.

It consists into eliminate all surface defects of soft and porous stone materials, using an one-component mastic or plaster. Being single-component, it doesn't need an hardener for its catalysis (hardening process).
The raw stone material is loaded on the working line conveyor, dried and warmed. Then the upper surface is treated with one component UV plaster. The product is applied manually by spatulas or by automatic dosage and distribution machines.
Successively the conveyor moves the material which enters in the UV oven. Here starts the hardening process, which is completed in about 35-40 seconds.
Coming out the UV oven, plaster applied over the material is completely hardened, and it can be immediately polished with no wait state.
