UV Led CylStation System - New version

Photo Electronics has renewed the UV Led CylStation system. Now the UV oven is equipped with a base down to the ground, with wheels for moving it.
The enlargement of the body allowed us to improve the layout of the electrical and pneumatic wiring.
Furthermore, important improvements have been made to the mechanics to make the system extremely reliable and with minimal maintenance.

Photo Electronics has designed and manufactured the new CYL-STATION oven using its experience on UV LED technology, to respond to the need of instant drying of cylindrical containers printed with semi-automatic screen printing machines.

The containers, with different shapes and sizes, are loaded onto the carriage by the operator, then automatically transferred to the curing chamber and polymerized with integrated DROLED UV LED lamps.

All the operational settings are managed by the touch screen where it’s possible to select different types of loads and different processing cycles, depending on the specific needs.

UV LED polymerization is compatible with the latest generation of UV inks, which replace solvent-based inks, with considerable advantages first of all environmental but also of qualitative yield.

Thanks to the combination of the semi-automatic silk-screen printing machine with the CYL-STATION oven, the printed and immediately dried product is ready to be packaged.
